Cancelation Policy
In order to offer various vessels to the public to use by request and available to rent, the company begins working for a rental customer as soon as a reservation is confirmed. Therefore, the rental charge is considered partially earned as a rental reservation is confirmed and more progressively earned as the rental dates approach. Cancellations during normal, non-holiday weeks and weekends are as follows: Cancellations made prior to one (1) month of the beginning of the activity are entitled to a full refund minus a $100 booking fee. Cancellations made between one (1) month and one (1) week of the beginning of the activity are entitled to a refund in the amount of half of the rental rate. Cancellations made within (1) one week of the beginning of the activity are not entitled to a refund. Cancellation requests must be made via email to sales@sevensports.com. Phone cancellations will only be acknowledged when also accompanied by an email request.
