You may be entitled to a rain check or refund minus a $100 booking fee during named storms or inclement weather at the discretion of the company only. The unique geography of the Keys provides for protected boating during any wind direction, therefore, windy days or passing showers may or may not be considered as entitled to a refund at the discretion of the company.
